The Tuscan Village Hand Thrown Pot is a handmade planter from our Tuscan Sun collection, thrown on the wheel and washed chalky blue so it arrives looking old.

Shoulder, Neck, and Chalk Blue Wash

The body swells to a wide shoulder, pulls in sharply to a short neck, and finishes at a plain rim where raw terracotta shows. Below the shoulder the wall tapers to a narrow foot. Throwing lines still show, the mark of a handmade pottery planter rather than a cast one, and every handcrafted plant pot carries them differently. The wash sits pale and powdery, thinning to bare clay at the rim and every knock, deeper blue where it pooled. As a decorative ceramic pot it earns a place on a step empty.

Two Sizes and How They Ship

The taller size sells singly. The squatter size ships four to a case. Both come in a mixed color assortment, so every handmade ceramic pot differs, and we can send photos before shipping. Each ceramic garden pot is drilled for drainage.
